DBIT is one of the most reputed colleges in MUMBAI it offers Bachelors in Engineering in 4 DEPT COMPUTER , IT , EXTC, Mechanical, The college has a good staff especially the IT dept while the college is affiliated to the MU the overall placements are good for COMPS and IT branch with an average package of 6 LPA while it is lower for mechanical branch ie 4.5 LPA and lowest for EXTC branch with 3LPA

Campus Facilities: The college campus is decent located in VIDYAVIHAR , it also has a football ground and a basketball court , the college also has labs for various dept , however the college does not have a good canteen and hostel facilities are also not availaible

Campus Life: CAMPUS in DBIT Is not that great overall a decent campus you will find BMS students playing everytime when you visit the Basket ball court while it has basic labs and libraries which you can use while studying

Faculty: The faculty of DBIT is good almost all teachers have 10+ years of experience in DBIT for every dept, also the faculty of IT Dept and COMPS dept have a good industry knowledge and the college also takes students to regular Industry and field visit

Placements: The Training and placement cell of DBIT is responsible for Bringing companies to the college , every year almost 300+ students register for placement with almost 60% of students getting placement COMPS Dept has the highest placement and has an average package of 6lPA and the IT dept has an Average package of 6.5 LPA while EXTC and Mech dept have an average package of 3LPA and 4.5 LPA the highest student placed in COMPS DEPT was for 19.5 LPA while For IT it was 16LPA
