AUEET 2026 Counselling

AUEET 2026 Counselling

The AUEET 2026 counselling process is conducted in an online mode for all qualified candidates seeking admission to Andhra University’s B. Tech programs. The entire process, from registration to seat confirmation, is done through online mode. It ensures transparency and efficiency in admissions among both candidates and the institutes under Andhra University. Candidates are advised to monitor the official website regularly for updates and deadlines.

AUEET 2026 Counselling:

  • Registration:Eligible candidates must register for counselling on the official Andhra University portal. During registration, candidates need to pay the counselling fee—INR 500 (General category) and INR 250 (for SC/ST/PH categories). Payment is accepted only through online modes such as net banking, credit card, or debit card.
  • Choice Filling:After registration, candidates must log in to fill and submit their preferred courses in the order of priority. It is crucial to select preferences carefully, as seat allotment is based on rank, category, and seat availability. Candidates may not be able to change their preferences later.
  • Seat Allotment:The university releases seat allotment results online after considering the candidate’s rank, preferences, and available seats. Candidates can check their allotment status by logging in with their hall ticket number and should download the seat allotment letter for future reference.
  • Admission Confirmation:Allotted candidates must confirm their admission by reporting to the university or respective institutes under Andhra University with original and photocopied documents for verification. Failure to complete this step before the deadline will result in cancellation of the allotment.
  • Spot Round:If seats remain vacant after initial rounds, a spot round counselling may be conducted offline at the Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University. Details for this round will be announced online.
  • Required Documents:Candidates must bring documents such as the AUEET rank card, hall ticket, 10+2 mark sheet, proof of date of birth, category certificate (if applicable), and other relevant certificates for verification.
